These Terms of Service govern access to and use of BeezFund, including fundraiser storefronts, organization dashboards, guest checkout, fulfillment workflows, and payout features. By using BeezFund, you agree to these Terms.
BeezFund Service
BeezFund helps fundraisers and organizations run time-limited online product fundraisers. BeezFund may provide product catalog management, hosted storefronts, guest checkout, order records, fulfillment exports, and statement and payout tracking.
Accounts and Roles
Fundraisers, organization administrators, organization managers, and platform administrators may have different permissions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity under your account. Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
Organizations and Fundraisers
Organizations and fundraiser managers are responsible for ensuring they have authority to create and promote fundraisers, use organization names, add managers, and receive payouts. BeezFund may remove, suspend, or restrict fundraisers that appear fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, abusive, or inconsistent with platform operations.
Products, Orders, and Fulfillment
Product availability, pricing, shipping, taxes, and campaign settings may change. Buyers use guest checkout to place orders. BeezFund and its service providers may process orders, prepare shipping exports, and coordinate fulfillment. Estimated delivery timing, product availability, and fulfillment processes may vary.
Payments, Taxes, and Payouts
Payments are processed by Stripe. Buyers, fundraisers, organizations, and connected account holders may be subject to Stripe terms and requirements. Stripe may collect payment details, tax information, identity information, and payout information.
Organization payout amounts are based on BeezFund statement records, paid orders, platform settings, adjustments, refunds, chargebacks, and review status. Payouts may be delayed, reduced, corrected, or withheld for refunds, disputes, suspected fraud, compliance review, incomplete Stripe Connect onboarding, operational errors, or legal requirements.
Refunds, Cancellations, and Adjustments
Refund and cancellation handling may depend on campaign status, product fulfillment status, payment status, and operational review. BeezFund may apply adjustments to statements before or after payout when needed to account for refunds, chargebacks, fulfillment issues, or corrections.
Acceptable Use
You may not use BeezFund for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity. You may not interfere with platform security, attempt unauthorized access, misuse buyer or fundraiser information, or misrepresent an organization, fundraiser, product, or payout.
Intellectual Property
BeezFund owns or licenses the BeezFund platform, branding, software, designs, and related materials. Users are responsible for rights to organization names, logos, images, descriptions, and other content they provide.
Service Changes
BeezFund may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, including products, pricing, campaign settings, payout workflows, integrations, or features. BeezFund may also update these Terms.
Disclaimers
BeezFund is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeezFund disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeezFund will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
