Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 14, 2026
BeezFund provides online fundraiser storefronts, guest checkout, product fulfillment workflows, and payout tracking for organizations and fundraisers. This Privacy Policy explains the information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to users and supporters.
Information We Collect
We collect account information such as name, email address, authentication provider, account role, and basic profile details when a fundraiser, organization manager, or platform administrator creates or uses an account.
We collect fundraiser and organization information such as organization name, fundraiser name, storefront details, campaign settings, product selections, manager emails, orders, statement records, and payout readiness information.
For buyer guest checkout, we collect information needed to process and fulfill an order, such as buyer name, email address, company if provided, shipping address, selected products, order totals, and order status.
Payments are processed by Stripe. BeezFund does not store full card numbers, bank account details, identity documents, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive Stripe KYC information. Stripe may collect and process payment, tax, fraud prevention, and payout information under its own terms and policies.
How We Use Information
We use information to create and manage accounts, operate fundraiser storefronts, process guest checkout orders, prepare fulfillment exports, calculate organization statements, support Stripe Connect payout setup, release approved payouts, provide customer support, improve the service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal or operational obligations.
How We Share Information
We share information with service providers that help operate BeezFund, including Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication, database, storage, hosting, and backend services; Vercel for web deployment; Stripe for payments, tax, checkout, and Connect payouts; and shipping or fulfillment tools used to prepare orders.
We may share order and fundraiser information with the organization or authorized managers connected to the fundraiser. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to prevent fraud or misuse.
Cookies and Analytics
BeezFund may use cookies, local storage, Firebase, Vercel Analytics, Stripe, and similar technologies to provide authentication, checkout, security, analytics, and site functionality.
Data Retention
We keep information as long as needed to provide the service, maintain operational records, support tax, accounting, payout, fulfillment, dispute, and compliance needs, and resolve issues. We may retain certain records after an account or fundraiser is no longer active where required or useful for legitimate business purposes.
Your Choices
You may contact BeezFund to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to operational, legal, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute, and security requirements. Organization managers may also update certain fundraiser and storefront information from the dashboard.
Children
BeezFund is intended for use by adults, organizations, and authorized fundraiser managers. Buyers may support fundraisers through guest checkout. The service is not intended for children to create accounts without appropriate adult or organizational involvement.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as BeezFund changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
